This custom halterneck cocktail dress is sewn with love and made from marble textured crushed velvet fabric in the colour wine. It has a black plain viscose jersey stretch lycra lining.
A center back zip and two pearl buttons on fastening at nape of the neck. We do standard UK sizes but please send your measurements for the best fit available.

Has a hand-sewn diamante detail applique on the waist, resembling a galaxy on the front.
 
Velvet has a luxurious look and crushed velvet is produced by twisting the fabric whilst it is wet.  Velvet is then usually brushed while it is still moist so that it sets with a grain. This is what produces its characteristic feel.
